The Carabons had always been a warmongering species, they have fought many battles amongst themselves and during each war they have developed more advanced and sophisticated technoology to destroy each other. During one opf these wars they almost caused a catastrophic mass extintion on their homeworld which made them realise that perhaps one planet was not enough to satisfy their needs.
Half of the species took off to space to find new horizons and fought their way against other species to get what they wanted. But they lost a lot of their troops and so they shanged their ways to make sure they wouldnt fight topo extintion. soon they realized they could just use their intimidating appearance to get more out of other species without having to sacrifice too much.
